Fading image gallery & drop menu not working together in Dreamweaver MX

I love the fading image gallery, the newest one with the pausing feature. I am a newbie to this forum and am seeking help from the experts.

Anyway, I cannot get 2 javascripts to work together with Dreamweaver MX. When I put them together the gallery stops all together and the drop down menu does not show up. If I turn off the pause feature the gallery will come on but it is out of place.

PS when you roll over "events" the menu should drop down to choose "calendar of events" and "annual events".
