How could a secondary horizantal sub nav menu be added to each tab?

Possible solution may be to call both the content for the page and a secondary horizantal subnav to a different <div> under the tabs. Is there a way for the tab link to call two external files - one for the page content and one for the secondary nav? If not, how else could a secondary horizantal sub nav be added to each tab? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Well, there is the Drop Down Tab Menu, which is based on this CSS menu, and supports a drop down. That's as close as it currently gets though for what's available on DD.

Thanks for responding. Found this script that may help but the explanation about how it loads the sub nav when you click a main tab is messed up. Can someone please clarify or fix it? How does the sub nav change when you click on another tab? Thanks.

Please help, I am really stuck here.
