    Default need of frames help

    i'm workin on a website and i have a specific way i'm wanting it to work but i can't find/figure out a way to do what i want so if anyone can help me that would be great .. now what i want is to have the title of my site and navigation links to stay stationary with a frame where it shows the site ...

    example:

    bleh doesn't wanna keep my spacing :-( but yall get the idea .. thanks in advance for any help you can give

    Default try CSS

    for alot of reasons you should try to avoid frames unless you just really need them to capture other content. (which can also be done with I-Frames)
