It's from youtube, and the site claims it's exclusive. The site isn't reliable.
It does seem to be created by them... but they can't even store it? Plus, that still means it isn't exclusive.
Sad story. But at least she hasn't been shot yet. (By US or Iraqi forces).

Man, if this is a scam these guys are low… I hope they found that video on youtube and simply wanted to help her out. Otherwise, these guys are truly sick! Exploiting those in need like that…
