It's still in violation at the moment - I'm afraid we can't help until you abide by the terms of service. Because you linked to the script at another file location, you need to put the copyright notice in the main HTML body. In this case, you need to insert the following code anywhere in your BODY section.

Basically, when I press View Source, I need to be able to see the following somewhere in your source code:
