    Hi Ev1
The the way I would start is to setup the stage to 760x520 and change the bkg to black. Then import your scaled/croped images onto layer1, one at a time convert to symbol and give it an alpha tween over the desired time to fade in and hold for ?sec then fade to another and so on. You may find the best way to change the images is by adding additional layers to accommodate each image change. Create a layer on the top level and put your arty .txt over the appropriate image that it names. Then when you are happy with the way it looks. Go to export movie and select .avi. Import it into your favorite DVD app and burn.

    Hope this helps Cheers

Pay attention, because I don't say this often (if ever)...

What you want is NOT Flash! (OMG I said it!! :faint: )

Look into JavaScript and here on DD for a picture viewer/animated slide show script for your pictures. It will be a ton less coding and a lot less work for the same effect that FLash can give you with all imported images. Plus the app will be lighter and load faster.

Okay that sucked, I am NOT saying that again!
