Dynamic Drop Downs

I wonder if anyone could help me locate code for the following:

1. I am trying to create a first drop down box, with a list of countries inside (which will be brought in vias a mysql database). When a user selects a country lets ay, United Kingdom, i wish for a second drop down box to appear with all the countys within, when the user selects their county eg: Berkshire, then a final drop down box would appear below with a sleeection of twons and cities within.

Does anyone know where i can look at code that does this?
