policy about selling a website using a dynamic drive script?

I used a javascript I downloaded from dynamic drive to create a website and now I want to sell the website. Your usage policy says "users may not redistribute, sell, or repost for download any of the scripts found on Dynamic Drive on any medium." Does selling a website that contains the script constitute a violation of these terms?

That's fine, since you're not directly redistributing/ selling the script, ie, by putting them in a script archive or directly making available for download. Incorporating our script in your commerical project is permited, as long as, obviously, the credit notice within script remains intact and unaltered.
