Dynamic countdown code - both versions

Hi,

I have just tried applying the dynamic countdown code to my forum, which can be found at http://hwi.proboards20.com

When I paste the code into my main page header and click on "Save headers and footers", I get a page which tells me that they have been updated successfully. On that page, the dynamic countdown is working perfectly. When I then go back to the forum mainpage, the dynamic countdown background is visible but, apart from that, it is blank. So, I tried the second version which you have available and the same thing is happening.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi folks,

If it is possible to get an answer which will correct this problem, that would be great. If not, don't worry about it. I have since used a different countdown script which is working very well.
