Hide Header and Footer (URL,Page No etc)

Hi

I want some solution for my web pages mainly for the one in HTML.
I want to hide Header and Footer (URL and Page No) printed when i print any of my web page using Script/CSS.

These things are only configurable by the user (if using the print preview/options while printing) as far as I know (other than ActiveX which is IE specific and usually blocked in that browser these days due to security concerns).
