Contest for my website

So I would like to find a JavaScript or PHP or Java that will allow my visitors to collect points for their participation in forums and postings. They can also get points for doing serveys and visiting more often too. I want to offer a prize each month for the person with the most point. Thats the idea anyways.

The Question: Does anyone know of a script that will do this? I dont even mind if I have to pay a little for it if it is a commercial software package.

Any direction is helpful...

But it doesnt look very helpful. Seems that was something for popup yes but not contest oriented. I am looking for a way to have points awarded and tallied in someone login named account. But I do Appreciate the thread you posted for me. Thanks Simonf
