Desperate for menu collapse expand solution for switch menu 2.2

3) Describe problem: In the demo shown for 'Switch Menu II', I want it so that you can only view one expanded main menu at a time -- i.e. any open menus need to collapse when you choose to expand or click on a different one.

I'm sure this is straightforward but would appreciate help to adjust the script accordingly.
