Need today--display parts of form based on choice selection

Hello--We have an HTML form for collecting information on resources rolling on to projects. We want to augment the same form to collect information if a resource changes projects and/or rolls off altogether. We want to present 3 choices:

• Resource Roll-On
• Resource Transition
• Resource

Depending on the selection, we will display different sets of fields. Included with each set of fields will be field validations. (We don't want validations for an unused form section prevent the submission.)

Does anyone know of a script I could start with to do this?
