Default Trying to find a script I saw once

    HI,

I saw a script a while back that would slide two images away from each other like sliding doors opening and then when the two graphics slid apart there was another graphic underneath such as an enter sign that was clickable to enter the site. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the script is called or where I can get it?

Thanks for any help you can give me

    Dear Peter,

Thanks so very much for your help but that's not the one.
The one Im talking about you could actually insert two graphics of the same size and they slid apart like sliding doors and then there was another graphic loaded underneath. The graphics had room to slide back each side and still be seen on the screen sitting each side of the graphic that had become visible when the doors opened.

Wow... its hard to explain it in writing LOL
Thanks again... I appreciate it :-)

    Check the following items

    First One

    Second One

Finally are you looking for something that you had seen at dynamic drive or some other site?

You've posted the same item in another place. Please try to avoid such acts from your side

Using either of those wouldn't be hard to get the code modified so it would work.
Or, it might be hard, but you could use the same base for the code and modify it.

    Dear Codeexploiter,

Firstly, sorry for posting this in two places but I was told I had posted it in the wrong place on the other thread and that i should have posted it here... so then I came and posted it here because I thought that is what I was being told to do!

Secondly, thanks so much for the links but they arent the ones either and I dont know if the script im looking for is from dynamic drive or not. I just saw it used as an entry page on a couple of websites but it was probably 3 or 4 years ago now... I did actually take a copy of the script from one of them at the time because I really liked the effect but Ive lost it somewhere along the way. i think it must have been a script that was popular at the time.

Dear djr33, thanks for the suggestion of modifying the scripts codeexploiter suggested but I have to confess I would have no idea how to do it. I just use the scripts that people so generously share... I have no idea how to write them *grin*

    Hi TopazBlue

It is really difficult to find something with a vague idea. If you can please provide more information the exact nature of the script so that people can check for it.

    Hi Codeexploiter,

I'll try to explain it as best I can. When the page loaded there were 2 graphics of the same size sitting side by side in the centre of the screen and then they slid away from each other (like sliding doors opening) leaving a space in between them. In the space between them there was another graphic that said enter and you could click on that graphic to enter the site.

It was one script that did all of that and you just had to enter the graphic source and size for each graphic. Thanks so much for your help.
