Nice, but slight alignment problems in FF

Big DHTML popup that covers an important part of the page and can't be closed (clicking what I assume is meant to resemble a close button leads to http://www.graphnu.com/mmp-promo.htm).
Images used as text.
Flash without alternative content.
Uses XHTML (bad) and Transitional (worse).
Doesn't validate even with a Transitional DOCTYPE.

Not a good example to show clients.
