Website thumbnail script?

I'm looking for a script that will allow me to add a thumbnail image of a website depending on what a user puts as their homepage URL. I'm looking for this to be an automated thing for each user so I don't have to do this manually. Is there a script or anything that can help me accomplish this like the screenshot below:
