Is there any script that can prevent closing the page by ALT+F4 ?

NO.

There is now way to disable pressing such things, eg. Save As; Alt+F4; Closing the Window etc.

The user should and will control all your page. They can close it if they want to, whenever they want to and any key combination they want to.

Why would you like to disable Alt+F4 anyway? I mean, that would be extremely annoying for me, and any other user. What if the user doesn't have a mouse? There goes convenience for the user.

I hate applications that disable this sort of thing. I would HATE websites that do.

You actually want to stop the user from closing your page? There's always a way around it, too.... why!?

Ha. Like those popup strings some sites have... close one, and it initiates another. EW!
That's your answer, though, I guess... just have it regenerate when closed.
Your viewers will hate you, though.

Or, you could have it regenerate all the time, until the user's ram is filled. It's like hacking and makes the computer crash, all without any complex scripting.

May be or may be not. It mostly depends upon the nature of the site. If they are dealing with a non-sense site as you said the visitors definitely get irritated. But if they are dealing with a shopping cart or online banking then it would be justified.
