Confused Newbie

I need some help with the TopMenu script

I have edited the code to my taste and i have pasted everything where it should go into my html, also i have uploaded the right files to my webpage and i get nothing at all. Just error messages.
This is the first time i am trying to install a script like this so i really don't know what i am doing wrong if anything.

i am using frontpage to edit, could that be my problem?

Should i just FTP it by itself to my site or does this coorespond in frontpage?

Any help would be appreciated.

I guess my real question here is what directory do i upload this to. Do i upload it to my host server or just a folder i create on my site.
