HTML wallpaper

How it's possible to use html page as wallpaper under WindowsXP? (in Windows98 I use special function for this)
Any ideas?

it is very simple.all you do is save the webpage you want as html complete, put it into "my documents" then rightclick on the desktop, properties,desktop tab, browse and then find the html page that you had saved. you can even have flash games and junk running on the page.
