blogger.com wont get you anywhere for uploading junk, because they dont have that feature. open a freewebs account. If all you can do with HTML is copy and paste codes, i recomend using the basic version. and reading the entire html, xhtml, and css sections of http://www.w3schools.com.
once you get the hang of how html is supposed to be written, switch over to advanced.

Freewebs is very limiting as well.
Depends on what you need it for.
blogger.com might be what you want if you just want the blog... and, with that, you can't have special formatting/scripts/etc like you want. Nothing you can do about it.

If you want to have them, then you'd need to create a website on a server (like freewebs, but hopefully better) that will allow you to do so.

my server can be edited remotely, with a php module i found. i have yet to perfect my .htacsess, so anyone who knows the url can really screw my site over.
in other news, if you want the leasty restiction possible,
    1. buy a new Computer
    2. install abyss web server or another server program
    3. install PHP5
    4. Make Your Website from Scratch
    5. Get your ISP to give you more bandwidth (if needed.)

    an HTML editor is optional.

Thks for the advice guys, but sob sob~ Looks like i would not get it work then. I tried freewebs with the hrc or watever file uploaded, tried preview with Firstpage and replied access denied, also tried actual updating of the site still dont work so i gave up.
