Dynamic table Update

1)create a table with a 1row, 3 coloumns(checkbox,Priority, subject)
2)Under the table Create 2 text fields(priority, subject)
3)create a button "AddRow"
4) Enter data into text fields, click "AddRow"
5)a checkbox (under the previous checkbox, content of priority text field(UNder the previous),content of sublect text field(UNder the previous) should be updated
