Dropdown HTML control & Iframe SSI script II

Here is my problem.

I currently have a page, where I have the code for the drop down menu. Below the menu is the iFrame. I would like the links from the drop down menu to target into the iFrame, but it is simply just not working. I have tried fiddling but its not working. My knowledge of javascript is not that great, so I need some help on this. Is there anyone who can help me? Anyone who knows how to target another frame through java script? Please help ... thank you.
