iframe HELP!!

Ok I need help BAD. I am trying to have the height of my iframe extend with my content. However all it does is create a scroll bar Vertically and Horizontally.

I have read all over and cant seem to find why it will not resize.

Please help. I am using this script also but I have a small problem with caching. When I make changes to the pages that are referenced and used in the iframe, the changes don't show up until I clear my cache. Is there any way we can make the changes in the referenced page show up without having to clear the cache in the browser each time.
