Google customized page frames

i was trying to guess, but my creativity is not working, i think...

can somebody tell me how to picture the functionality that let you drag and drop frames with a page, as in the "Google customized page" when you add a RSS Feed.


For everybody to know when you add new RSS feeds to the google customized page you can drag and drop it to a different place with the same page!

i think that is really incredible,

Do someone knows how can this be possible?
