Bubble script

I am using the bubble script on my page. I have two problems.

1. The bubbles are not transparent, so when they go up the left border, or cross other graphics on the page, the square around the bubble shows. The border part is worst, because it's a dark border.

2. If I can't figure out how to make them transparent, then I need to keep them away from the left border, at least.

I used the bubble graphic that was posted with the script. On the page where the code is, the bubbles are perfect. What did I do wrong, and how do I fix it?

if its a graphic, you can make the square or border around it transparent with a program like photoshop or fax and picture viewer or draw.
