advice for a program for web authoring

because i'm new in html and generally in the internet programming, i want a
program which help by showing me the available methods or properties every time i need it and not only with the html elements but als ofor the javascript and others elements.

what i mean is for example
when i write the word document and after type . i want to show all the properties and methods which is available for example close open and other

I'm using the dreamweaver 2004 mx

I use FP2003.
