Problem with width of content DIV

Hello,

I am a newb to CSS. I was trying to create my first site using CSS, and am having some trouble with the width of my DIV ID "content". I have the border on 5px only for the right side, but it does not go all the way to the right like I expected. I was hoping for it to line up between the bottom and top borders of my Masthead and Footer DIVs.

The URL to the page is http://www.crazyfangear.com/cfgtest.html . There is probably something wrong in the CSS file, but I do not know what. No matter what width I give the content area, it never gets any wider.
