Help: Contact List Manager Script

Can any one help me create a contact list script? This script will ask the user to enter a contact info for later retrieval and updates. It's basically a contact list builder.

I'll be very grateful if any one can help me with this script. I don't even know how to begin to create a script like that as I'm a beginer to JS.

This isn't javascript. This would be php.
http://php.net can give you information on this.
Use an html form to send the data, php to interpret it, then....
