Disable Enter Button

Hi,
Well if been browsing the DD scipts and theres heaps useful ones but i cant find this script i saw on a site.It Was A Script That Had The Enter Button Disabled For around 10 Secounds And After That It Enabled Itself, I need It For My Site Since People Dont Wait For The Page To Load Completely And Just Hit Enter,Well Thanks For Ya Time
