I need to be able to trigger a drop down slide menu like this when clicking on a radial button.

So basically the user gets a html form stating a question with a 'yes' or 'no' radial buttons. If they click the 'yes' radial button, another form field slides down.

Ther is no 'onclick' statement anywhere on this particular sliding menu, and was wondring how it works.
