A simple but elegant script. I'd perhaps have the TOC expanded by default, since the idea of an in page TOC script IMO is to get to a certain section on the page as quickly as possible.

Actually, the expanding part is something I added for my site, the script will not generate that. It ouputs nothing but the list of headers. I have adjusted the page to include a better demo.
