Chained Select Menu Script, need help

I've got it all figured out to the very end, but when I click on the 'go' button, a windows alert box pops up with the website address in it.... I need it to take the user to the selected webpage and not have a box pop up....how do I do this? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks -- Mike
