    Default Jim's DHTML Menu V5.7 404 error

    1) Script Title:

    Jim's DHTML Menu V5.7

    2) Script URL (on DD):

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...menu/index.htm

    3) Describe problem:

First I must say, this is a great script! One of the best out there that we can find.

We have used this script on many of our clients websites, and lately we are getting the same response from all the clients that are running this script, that (not all the time, but often enough) when they click on their navagation bar to go to other pages, that they often get the following error:

404 not found error was encountered while trying to use an error document to handle the request.

we have found the following file in the includes: dom-build.js that may be causing this?

if anyone has any information on this, i would be greatly appreciated. or any ideas of where to even begin to look for something like this...

    thank you.

This has nothing to do with the menu. This means the serer can not find the page they are trying to go to.I would also contest the point that this is one of the best menus out there. First off it uses browser detection to a massive degree, and then still can't display properly in Opera like it claims.

Well, I'm a little biased, but I like the one I wrote the best.
