Image w/ description tooltip / IE Compatibility

3) Describe problem:
I know i'm not the first to have this problem, but the other threads all seemed to be going in different directions. The script says it works in IE5+, but it doesnt. Nothing happens. I've heard that I can mimic the tooltip in conjunction with a browser detect script, but frankly I'm not that smart. I wouldn't know how to do either, where to start, or how to implement them. Can someone offer me some really elementary instructions? Much appreciated.

Hmm... I just tested it, and it seems fine.
