Hello can any one tell me if how to make this script dynamically resize from a small box to the full box in 0.4 of a second and then display the content when it has finished animating open?????

is this possible to do this???

Basically when you click the link a small box of say 20 X 20 pixels in the colour of the border would apear and then animate/resize to the full size box and then show the content.??????
