Hello everyone,
If anyone has animated using blender can anyone tell me how do I move the camera around an object?? Something like showing a 3D view of something from the sides.
Thanks for reading this post.

Hm? You can move the camera around like any other object, and even (I think) use it in key frames.

Nothing against DD, but this really isn't the place for those questions
There are tons of forums for blender (I assume there's an official one).
My forum (thebrbforums.com) has some users who use blender, and could probably answer the question as well. (It's a filmmaking forum.)
(And, just for the record, Twey's response is correct.)

Twey: how do I move an object??
drj33: I thought this forum was for anything related with graphics, I apologise if I posted in the wrong forum.
No apology needed. I don't mind, but I'm just saying that this is, overall, a webdesign forum, and there are other forums specifically for blender, so you could probably get help faster.
I'd help you with it, but blender has always confused me. Congrats for sticking with it![]()

Select it by right-clicking, then press the G key (or click and drag a straight line) to grab it. Move the mouse to place it where you want it, then click or press G to finish the grab.Twey: how do I move an object??

Twey: I know that but how do I animate it by grabbing??
The same way you animate anything else: by either moving it manually frame by frame, or using keyframes.
