Ajaxtabs and post operation inside tabs

3) Describe problem:

I have included jsp pages into tabs. some jsp pages include forms that will be posted,for example one of the tab references xxx.jsp...when i push submit button the page is going to xxx.jsp directly and ajax is lost....

how can i prevent this forwarding when posting the form...
shortly i want the action page to be shown on the same tab

Yes! I have the same question. I have php pages in the tabs and it works beatifully as long as you only ckick on the tabs, but once you click on a link within the page - you loose the whole ajax tabs effect.

Any suggestions?

Your forms have to be inplemented with AJAX. Just one more reason why AJAX should not be used for this.

Does anyone have an example of a AJAX submitted form? I am wanting to do the same thing. Since the tab AJAX script from DD supports external links that ONLY load the pages as needed. Other Ajax Tabs want all of the content on one page which wastes bandwidth.

Simply, how do you submit a HTML form using the post method, and have the action page display in the original calling tab?
