How Would I..... (noob question, hopefull easy answer)

3) Describe problem: how would I take a link of an image (like one from imageshack) and paste it in the script so that the link of the image came up in text form and not the picture its self, please help!

Your question isn't very clear. Any link can be written as text in an html page:

<span>http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/lightbox2/images/loading.gif</span>

would appear as just text. This:

<a href="http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/lightbox2/images/loading.gif">Loading Image</a>

would appear as a text link to the image. This:

<img src="http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/lightbox2/images/loading.gif">

would appear as the image itself.
