Please help if you can. The demo at the link above works in Safari. When pasted into the page being built the scroller does not show up! How is the script working on Dynamic Drive's page then not working when pasted? Every other browser shows the scroller fine.

My client is a Print designer who does not accept that different browsers function differently. Please help! She is requiring a vertical scrolling text applet that will show up in all browsers/versions/platforms.

just had a similar problem a minute a go, first make sure you copied the code correctly (in the right order), check your javascript errors, or if you have a script dubugger try running that, mozilla is very usefull that way.

else have a look at the page doctype, i just found that some scripts don't work when using a strict doctype, try using a tranistional one instead.

Turned out it was a problem with something else in the html. The script runs fine in Safari. Thanks for the reply.
