Question HV Menu - getting rid of the IE script blocking bar

I installed the HV menu and now when you visit the home page, you get the "To protect your privacy, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer..." bar. Is there a way to prevent this from showing. I used Word to write the page, and since Word adds a line of code regarding SmartTags, this bar will show. But even when I remove that (View > HTML Source), it still appears. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Never edit HTML in Word. Use notepad, as it doesn't add extraneous formatting.

I finally published the page - and it doesn't show up anymore! Somewhere else on these forums, someone stated that it can appear on the local computer, but not when viewing from the web. Luckily, that's true!
