Possible to do what I want to do with frames?

3) Describe problem:
I made a really great drop-down navigation for my site using AnyLink. It was working great, until I realized that on the framed pages the drop down menu got cut off. I couldn't find a solution, so I decided to scrap that menu and turn to HV Menu.

Now I know you don't support HV menu, but I thought I'd try to see if anyone could help. HV menu works great when both of the frames are on my site, but when one of the frames is a different site, I get an "access denied" error. Here is a page that works and a page that doesn't:

Is there a script that will let me do what I am trying to do???

Specifically, is there a drop-down navigation script that will allow the drop-downs to float above a frame which is a 3rd party site?

No. The trick in floating content from one frame over another frame involves accessing the other frame's content page to write a duplicate portion of the part of the menu that would be otherwise be cut off onto it. Security measures, long in place, prevent this from happening. That is, in fact, the 'access denied' error you are seeing.

Not so bad! I've done something similar with iframes from external sites. It makes it so that you can scroll to a portion of the external content onload, which of course you could never do without the extra (in this case) iframe page. However, the author of this 'fix' admits that it breaks down unpredictably at times. For my part, I question such a high reliance upon external content,
