Image Tooltip Script Question

Hi.

I'm using this image tooltip script from the libary:

And I would like to adjust where the tooltip pops up.
By now if the link with the tooltip is right on top of the page the tooltip is not visible in full size.
If you pause over the link the bottom line of the tooltip is even with the link.
Is it possible to change that the link is even with the top line of the tooltip?
Please tell me where and how I can adjust this.
