In the CSS library there's a 'Highlight image hover effect' CSS Can I use the same basic coding for visited images as well?
i.e. .toggleopacity:hover img{
I'd like visited images to fade out so they can't be seen once visited once.

Why not just try it? If it works for hover, it should work for visited but, what if your user wants to return to some interesting content that he/she can no longer see the link image for?
