certifications for webhosting ?

i am preparing for my mcse by getting q&as from certmagic.com .
i want to know how much will the IT certifications will help in hosting industry and how good are certmagic.com prep for IT certifications .
looking for ur positive responses

The youngest person to obtain an MCSE was a 14-year-old from Australia. The record for an MCP is 8.

This by itself means nothing; age isn't necessarily an indicator of skill. However, I've personally met several MCSEs who were utterly clueless. I don't know how much store a potential employer would set by it though.

Also, being a Microsoft certification, it's rather specific. In my opinion, you'd be better off getting a more generalised certification from someone like Cisco.
