hv menu not displayed in IE and opera

3) Describe problem: i was able to put the code in the website i'm designing but i realised that it cannot be displayed on IE6 and opera but only in firefox.i use dreamweaver as my authoring tool. where can the problem be from? i will be grateful if help comes.thanks

the site is not yet hosted but i am using my local computer server.can i still post it? if yes , how do i go about it? im kinda new in these stuff

No you will need to get hosting. If you don't have any post your entire page and describe the output exactly in all browsers.
