Submitting form with Dyn. Ajax Content Script

I am using the script above. Its running properly but I want to use it in forms in order to submit forms via GET or POST method.
Is there anyone, explaining me how i can submit forms with tihs script into a div area?

Bad idea. It makes your forms inaccessible to anyone without javascript enabled and everyone not using the browsers for which the script is rated.
