redirecting from page in iframe

I am using the script found at
http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex8/dhtmlwindow.htm

I would like to have the parent page redirected to another page as the frame is hidden. Can it be done? If so, can you advise how?

I am not a programmer. I have learned to cut and paste, and I barely know what a function is. So please talk at a low level.

yeah. easy. Just (while in the iframe) the hyperlink has to have the target="_top" thing in it.
