How do I get Browsers to see my website?

Greetings all, this looks like a very usefull forum.
I have been using website page titles, meta tags, and keywords with great success in getting my website on the first page of search engines, like MSN and Yahoo (www.free-nude-drawings.com)(Keywords: nude drawings), when no restrictions are selected. Google is a tough one to crack however. I noticed that one artist on the first page of a Google search had Dynamicdrive references in the Page Source:www.thavibu.com.
My question is: Does Dynamicdrive have ways of getting a browser to see a website before other websites?
