Switch Content Script error: Object doesnt support this property or method

I have implemented the tag as instructed and generated a menu that displays. However, when I attempt to expand an entry, I get the Javascript error: 'Object doesnt support this property or method' on the line 'var spantags=curobj.getElementsByTagName("SPAN")' in the function expandcontent(curobj, cid). I'm usinf IE6. Any ideas? Thanks.

Honestly, kind of sounds like you didn't set it up right (sorry). Do you have a link to the page? Or, at least post the code you have.
