Thumbs up Looking for PHP based e-commerce/Shopping cart Application

    Hi all,

I am looking for a PHP based e-commerce/shopping cart application that can be incorporated in a site. I hope you'll help me with your suggestions and comments.

Someone could possibly link to something, but aside from that, there's not much help for you here.

Coding a secure web store, especially one including credit cards (note that any good online store has this), is VERY hard.

And if people do code it, they sell it.

My suggestion is to search google or look at the defaults/addons supplied by your webhost (likely for an extra fee).

If you don't make it secure, people won't trust you with their credit cards, so it's not worth much anyway, y'know?

Sorry I'm not more helpful, but at least it's what you need to know...

    Thumbs up

    Hi djr33,

Thanks for the quick reply but i think i was not clear in my posting about the query.

I want to know the shopping cart applications in PHP commercial/non-commercial that can be considered as the best.

I expected sharing your personal shopping cart suggestions.

    Regards

    Right. I understand the question.

Good news... you're not trying to write one. That would be too much... and not secure.

Bad news.... it'll cost you something.

As I said... search google and/or your host's options... they usually have an online store add on.
